Renting procedures - our rules
Please fill in the contact form and send it to WynajemIT.pl providing specific details of your company: postal address, e-mail address, phone numbers and the name of contact person. The contact form can be directly send from WynajemIT.pl website. The order should be placed no later than 3 days before the planned date of renting IT equipment. We only fulfil orders in writing; by email, or fax (62) 753-48-67.
THE BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY
Please send the basic information about company and the copies of company\'s registry documents such as NIP, REGON, KRS (in case of company limited by shares or private limited company) or Business Activity Register. Additionally, in case of civil company, please provide us with company\'s contract.
In case of private customers it is required to present two forms of identification as well as deposit of an adequate financial guarantee which is set individually. WynajemIT.pl reserves the right to demand additional documents and securities, for instance certificate of employment, employer\'s contact details or others. In any event, WynajemIT.pl reserves the right to refuse to rent the equipment to private person without stating a reason.
The condition for renting IT equipment is signing the contract, the protocol of renting IT equipment and the commitment for taking the responsibility for equipment. The customers should insure the equipment against theft, damage and other risks. In accordance with agreement, all costs resulting from damages, improper use of the equipment as well as theft and transport are at the expense of the customer.
The payment should be made before the equipment is used. Payment is made by cash (when the equipment is picked up) or it is an advance payment on the basis of a pro-form invoice. For regular customers there is an option to pay by bank transfer and the proof of payment should be enclosed with the documents. The customer is obliged to inform WynajemIT.pl about exceeding the time of rented equipment. In case of exceeding the renting time included in the contract without the consent of the Rental Company, penalty payments are charged.
Notice: The given prices are guide prices as every service is priced individually.
In particular cases, WynajemIT.pl reserves the right to charge the security deposit for the rented equipment.
PICKING UP THE EQUIPMENT
After completion of the formalities, the equipment can be picked up by the person who is authorised having two forms of identification.
- During the renting time, WynajemIT.pl offers technical support free of charge. All kind of repairs resulting from inappropriate use of the equipment are to be paid by the customer who is renting the equipment.
- The costs of consumables bears the customer.
- The given prices are guide prices as the valuation is done individually on the basis of the order.
- The prices do not include transport costs. The transport is an extra service which is charged. See additional services section.
PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES
In terms of „complete care” service, WynajemIT.pl offers comprehensive services of renting IT equipment. We provide helpful advice when choosing the computer that will match the customers’ needs. Then, we check and prepare the computers and install programmes that are necessary. At the customers’ requests we organize and track the transport to the chosen area in Poland. Our IT specialists configure the rented computers, screens or printers. If there is such a need our IT specialists can supervise the customer’s event. When the event is finished our workers will pack and bring back the equipment. The range of services and the prices of the rented equipment are priced individually with each customer.
